Nissan's board has announced that CEO Hiroto Saikawa will be stepping down. Mr Saikawa had earlier admitted to receiving excess pay in violation of company policy. Such allegations were previously hurled at ex-chairman Carlos Ghosn, who was subsequently ousted by shareholders.
